Justino's 9th Birthday

We ended the night by going to Blue Seal for some yummy ice cream! Here Jay is showing his age with his very dirty hands.

Jay had a baseball game tonight. Here he is up to bat. He ended up walking to first base but did eventually made it home. They lost....18-10! They played well though and are ready for next weeks game! GO TERMINATORS!!

Jay wanted to go to Panda China for his birthday dinner. These two just love to take pictures.

I told him to look at me so I could take his picture and this is what he did! What is wrong with this child?? :)

These are the cupcakes that I made for Jay's class.
This is Jay eating the candy from his cupcake. His teacher said for the kids to wait to eat theirs until Jay took the first bite. That is why most of them are watching him closely.

Little Guitar Hero

Ellie loves to sing. She also loves to pretend to play the guitar. We were watching the Chipmunks movie and she ran and picked up the guitar when a song came on. I hope that you can hear her singing. It is so cute!!

Out in the pool

We got this pool last weekend and the kids have enjoyed the last couple days of summer. We have finally made use of this huge backyard that we have!!

BASEBALL!

Baseball has started and Jay is really excited. His team is the Terminators. They lost today but only by one run. The score was 15-14. They are a great team and they have some great coaches!
This little park was by the baseball field so I took Ellie to play for a little while. She is always posing on the slide. So funny!

Ellie

Ellie loves Princess Jasmine. I found her this shirt and an Ariel shirt at the "baby store" for 399 yen! What a deal! Here she is showing her pretty shirt.
On the way to a baseball game.

Sam's Anchor Inn

Liana and Ellie

Liana's visit was coming to an end so we decided to take her to Sam's. Of course it was yummy! She left on Monday so I won't be posting as many pictures. It took me forever to post all these pics!!

Meiji Shrine

The shrine

There was a wedding taking place while we were there. It was so neat to see.

Here are the bride and groom.

It was so hot outside and look at how they are dressed!

Here are the "prayers" of thousands of people. You could write down prayers and hang them here on the wall. Their "priests" (or whatever they call them) pray to their gods and lift up all these prayers. It was pretty sad to see how many people worshipped this shrine and believe in all these false gods.

I think these are barrels. They looked really cool so I had to take a picture.

Imperial Palace, Tokyo

Tokyo tower in the distance

Ellie with the flowers

So cute!

By the fountain

These are pictures of Imperial Palace in Tokyo. The kids were so bored but we got lots of neat pictures.

Akihabara and Ginza

A theater in Ginza.
Just a building in Ginza but it had a huge watch on it. We walked for almost an hour to find the GAP. Liana and I went by ourselves so between the both of us it was hard to find anything!!! :)

This sign is SO awesome!
There was a bunch of anime posters. Akihabara is the place to buy electronics. We got there kind of late so we really didn't get to look around alot.

Miscellaneous Disney pix

Ellie did not like Abu. He does look a little scary!

The Indiana Jones ride was so much fun! Jay just had to get an Indy hat. I must admit he looks pretty good in it. :)

Agrabah

In the marketplace
On a camel :)
I love this beautiful fountain. Ellie loves Jasmine now. She is such a girl.

Carousel

This is the two story carousel in Agrabah. Ellie was a little nervous at first but then she really had fun.

Sweet Little Ellie

We were waiting while Jay and Liana went on a roller coaster.
This totally made me cry! Daddy and Ellie walking together to get some water.

ARIEL and Mermaid Lagoon

This statue of Ariel even played music! It was so awesome!!
On Scuttle's Scooters. Elllie was scared and crying!

We got to meet Ariel! Ellie was so excited. (So was I!!)

Disney Sea!!

Here is the sign when you enter the park. We were screaming with excitement at this point. This was the 25th, our first full day in Tokyo. We were at the park for 12 hours straight. It was so fun though. There are lots of pics from here so check back. This volcano is part of the Journey to the center of the Earth ride.
