We went to this park called Bios on the Hill. It was so cool. We went on a 30 boat ride but we couldnt understand a word that the guy was saying. It was neat though. All the trees were so beautiful. Then there is a small park and lots of really pretty flowers. There were goats and pigs which Ellie loved. They also have big animal which I think are water buffalo that pull carts which you can take a ride on. Ellie was so afraid of the animals. Every time we passed one she started to freak out. She is so funny.

Yes we got her to sit in the stroller for a little while! We had a good time. On the way up there it started pouring rain. We went anyways and God blessed our time with lots of sunshine. It was so awesome.

Ellie and Abby

The Gaines family got this baby doll for Ellie for her birthday. I asked her what the baby's name is and she said Abby. Here she is feeding Abby her bottle. I can't believe how big she is already. Isn't she just the most beautiful girl ever??!!

Ellie got this house for her birthday and she loves it! She pretends to make cupcakes and take care of her babies. She is just so cute!

Ok so I hope that Tiffany doesn't beat me up for posting this picture! This was the night before the Gaines family left. Tiffany has been such a good friend to me. We hung out while our husbands were gone. She put up with me calling her everyday and bugging her. :) Miss you Tiff!!

Vow renewal ceremony

I had told Tiffany that our 10 year wedding anniversay was coming up and that I wanted to do something special. Ricardo and I got married at the JOP with no one else there! It was kinda sad. I always wished that I at least had a pretty dress. Well she talked with some other ladies and they planned this vow renewal ceremony. We didn't know anything about it until a few days before. Jodi showed me this dress in a magazine and I ordered it. It was an amazing ceremony with good friends. We were so blessed by it and by all those who had a part in making it so special. We have been thinking on this verse for a while. We even got a plaque for our room with this verse on it:

Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.

This was the end of the ceremony. I was so nervous to kiss! I can't remember whose idea it was to take a picture of our shoes and my flowers but it was kinda cute. This was the cake that was made for us by one of the ladies in the church. She is very talented. The cake was chocolate with a cherry mousse in between the layers. It was so good. This last dorky picture is me in the restaurant. We ate Mongolian barbecue. It was really yummy.

Mother's Day

These pictures were taken on Mother's Day. We went to church and then over to the Butler O Club to eat. Ricardo grilled dinner. It was awesome.

Cousin's Wedding

This picture was taken back in December but I really like it. We hardly have any pictures of the two of us. Ricardo had gotten hurt like 3 weeks before this so he still looks "injured". This was such a hard time for us but the Lord brought us through it.

Ellie turns 2!

Ellie's birthday was last Saturday May 17th. We had a bbq at our house and had some good friends over. She had such a good time eating cheetos and hanging out with her friends. This is a picture of her and Jadyn. We are so blessed by this little monster..........I mean girl :) I can't believe that 2 years has past. It has gone really fast.

Soccer season comes to an end

Jay had his last soccer game last Saturday. He did really well. He likes to play goalie. We really enjoyed this season. They won most of their games only losing twice. Go Cyclones!!
