Ellie's 3rd Birthday

Ricardo's cousin Belinda came up from D.C. to have dinner with us.

Ellie and her cake.

Belinda got her a fairy Cabbage Patch and a Princess wand. Thanks Belinda!

I got her a Princess Memory game. Every kid needs to have a Memory game!

Dad and Jay got her a Hannah Montana Cd and movie. Ellie loves Hannah Montana.

She always has to pose. :)

Jay was so sweet and sang a song to his sister.

The "girls" ;)

The Birthday Princess

Celebration

Patti, Grandma, Jamie and Christy

Us again.

Christy and her 9 year old daughter Regan.

Christy's mom, Patti, and her step-dad, Bob.

Christy's dad Mike and his wife Melinda

Christy and Tristan her 12 year old son

Christy and Jamie her sister.

Two of Christy's step children Khaila 9 and Kendal 6.
There was a luau celebration held for Christy and her friend Liz who also completed the Nursing program. It was so cool to see Christy's family again after so long. I had a good time catching up with them all and meeting some of her good friends.

The graduation

Bestest Friends. We went to a Mexican restaurant after the graduation.

Christy getting pinned by one of the Nursing instructors.

Accepting her diploma. She recived her Associates degree and is eligible to take her boards. I am so proud of her!!

Back in the day..........

Us at homecoming

Hanging out at Christy's house.

The funny thing about this picture is the fact that we are wearing those hideous Starter jackets. They were so in style back then. And my shoes.....Eastlands with the springy laces. Oh my!

We walked home in a box one day. No reason we just felt like it and my parents took a pic. (Starter jackets too)

Here are a few pictures of me and my best friend Christy. These pictures were taken in Germany back in 91-92. We were so close we were practically sisters. We spent every day together! Our parents even let us spend the night on school nights. Anyways, I haven't seen her since. It has been 17 years. She just finished Nursing school so I flew to Ohio to see her graduate and to have a grand reunion.

Boyds Bear Shop

Here is the "nursery" where you can adopt a baby bear.

My mom is a huge fan of the Boyds bears so we went to find the shop when we were in Gettysburg. It is a three floor shop. The bottom floor is a restaurant. Ellie was loving all the bears.

Gettysburg

This is one of the fields where the battles took place.

Mom, Ellie and I went to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania for the day. Most of you know that I love to take pictures of the state signs. I am a dork like that! ;)

Baltimore Zoo

They got to comb the goats fur.

Grandpa took the kids to feed the giraffe.

My cute kids!

Ellie liked all the animals.
This bird has a red heart shape on his chest.
We went to the zoo on Sunday. It was 90 degrees and perfect! I miss the hot weather so much. It was a pretty nice zoo and we had a great day.

Annapolis

My parents flew in on Saturday and we went down to Annapolis to walk around. The buildings are so beautiful! We also had the chance to go to the Naval Academy.
