Day at the park

The boys were surfing on this roller slide. A Japanese guy said that they were "Sugoi" which means cool.

Caleb and Jonah Phipps, Nehemiah and Noah Barnett and Jay.

Ellie was playing with a Japanese girl. They were making mud pies. Ellie loves to play in the dirt!

Jay was being silly!

You may have seen this park before. We have been here several times. I wanted to take the kids there once more before we leave. We invited the Phipps and we all had a good time. Kristy and Ben even showed up and surprised us! :)

Fun, fun, fun.

Ellie had so much fun whacking the crabs.

Posing on one of the little rides.

A vending machine that had french fries and yakisoba along with other foods. I was too scared to try it!

Jay and Noah playing a game. Yes they are shooting with machine guns!

This is really cool. There are tons of huge balloons and fans that make them swirl around you.

Ellie and Ben on the bouncey.

Jammin in the van on the way to the Fun land.

At the Fall festival, they let her play a game and she won!! She had to throw bugs into buckets.

Jay got to climb the wall at the festival but this guy kept holding on to him!!

So last weekend we went to the Fall Festival at Jay's school and then on Sunday we went with some friends from church to this indoor play place. We had a busy but super fun weekend!

It was a bright sunny day. Ellie loves the water.

Getting ready to go snorkeling. Ellie wanted to be in the picture of course.

Shuri Castle

Konnichiwa from Shuri Castle!
In front of the throne. The plaque on top is the name of the last emperor.

Cool Park

There is this really cool park at the Peace Memorial.

Peace Prayer Park

Ellie loved the pretty flowers.

This is the view from the museum. These are the walls that contain the names of those who died in World War II.

Park Fun

Ellie lounging on the swing.
We went to this park that has awesome roller slides. For those of you who have been on a roller slide, you know that your bottom goes completely numb. So we got some cardboard boxes (an old trick that my friend taught us before she left) and Jay decided to try it this way. He looks like Spongebob!

Okuma

This was our home for a little bit.

This was our breakfast. It was so good, and easy clean-up. Ricardo is great at grilling. We had awesome meals the entire weekend.

Jay playing at the park.
Ellie likes to swing.
Ellie has to do everything that Jay does so now she shows the peace sign when we take her picture. She is so funny.

More aquarium pictures

This is a touch pool where you can feel all these sea creatures.
Justino, Liana, and Ellie at one of the many tanks. Ellie loved all the fishies.

Okuma and Churami Aquarium

On the way to the aquarium. We were sweating with no A/C in the van!!
This is at the aquarium at the entrance. It was a beautiful day.

We got a room up at Okuma for 4 days so we decided to hang out at the aquarium before we went to the resort. We had such a good time!

Bios on the Hill

These dragons sprayed water which was very much needed since it was so hot!

Jay chillin' on a hammock.

Ellie wanted to feed the goats. I didn't want it to think that her finger was a carrot too! ;)

We went to this park called Bios on the Hill. It was so cool. We went on a 30 boat ride but we couldnt understand a word that the guy was saying. It was neat though. All the trees were so beautiful. Then there is a small park and lots of really pretty flowers. There were goats and pigs which Ellie loved. They also have big animal which I think are water buffalo that pull carts which you can take a ride on. Ellie was so afraid of the animals. Every time we passed one she started to freak out. She is so funny.

Beautiful flowers

Yes we got her to sit in the stroller for a little while! We had a good time. On the way up there it started pouring rain. We went anyways and God blessed our time with lots of sunshine. It was so awesome.
